Governor’s Climate Action Commission
In July 2017, Governor Phil Scott established through Executive Order a Climate Action Commission and charged its 21 diverse members with making recommendations that would reduce the state’s rising greenhouse gas emissions, grow jobs and economic opportunity and protect vulnerable Vermonters. That commission has until July 2018 to deliver a full set of recommendations.
