Student teams have been drafting plans, ordering materials, building prototypes, and getting ready to show off their solar-powered devices for improving food access. A team of judges composed of Dartmouth engineering students and industry professionals will provide feedback on their work and announce this year’s winners. The Day will include celebration of student projects, demonstrations by industry professionals, good food, engineering challenges, and ice cream from a solar-powered ice cream truck.
