Why a workshop? Electric heat pumps are steadily emerging as the primary heating systems in new residential homes – but what do heat pumps offer for the vast majority of existing homes in Vermont? How do they perform, what are the benefits, and what does it cost? Should you be thinking about heat pumps for your home or business?
Presenting will be experts from Efficiency Vermont and Vermont Energy Contracting. Together they will provide a broad overview of the technology, the climate and homeowner benefits, how heat pumps work with your existing heating system, the costs and available incentives, plus all the questions you should ask when you engage a contractor.
